Hello there,
i have another question…
i understand that if we work with muscles which do outward movements we breathe in when the muscle opens outwards, breathe out when the movement is reversed and we let go
versus muscles which do inward movements and then we switch the breathing.
what I don’t really get is why this way to breathe( in both examples) is important or brings a benefit.
I tried to understand it when I worked the Psoas but if I would do it without this informations I would have the tendency to breathe out when lengthening the Psoas which is an outward movement…sorry for my confusion 🙂 I don’t find the link for myself -maybe my thoughts block my understanding here 😀
