This course introduces the approach of Movement Shiatsu which makes body-therapy more interactive. We will show how to use movement and visualisation to experience the forms of energy described by Chinese Medicine and how to use this experience to explore your own patterns and experiment with new ones. This can be used as a form of self-development or incorporated into other styles of body work.
