Inner Qigong Retreat Resources

The Anatomy of Breathing and Voicing

The Four Corners of the Breath

One of the foundations of Inner Qigong is Dzog Chen, a Tibetan tradition that I studied with Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. This bonus video shows some of the pranayama practices from the Yantra Yoga system which Namkhai Norbu taught. I offer it as a signal of gratitude to his influence and inspiration and to recognise how much his teaching has been at the core of everything that I practice. He was one of the giants on whose shoulders I stand. The video starts with the last verse of the Song of the Vajra which was one of his Terma – transmitted to him from another realm.
