Register for Online & Inner Qigong Courses

If you want to subscribe to the Inner Qigong Classes click the button below. For £28 a month you can take up to eight classes a month and have access to recordings if you miss them.

The classes take place on Tuesdays (both face to face and online) and Thursdays (online only) from 9-10 am UK time.

We also offer self-study courses in Experiential Anatomy and in Inner Qigong. You can take these at your own rate but there is no live interaction and the Inner Qigong consists of the basic form with articles to explain the theory.
