Inner Qi Gong evolved from ancient Taoist movements, Tibetan Yoga and the western theory of Developmental Movement. It develops the connections between body and mind through working with archetypal channels of communication, re-teaching the different parts of the person to work together harmoniously and developing a unity between mind and body.

We run two classes a week:

Tuesday 9 -10 am UK time – this class is online AND face to face at the Rise, Whittox Lane, Frome.

Thursday 9 -10 am UK time – this class is online only

To subscribe to attend is £20 per month for as many classes as you want plus access to recordings and bonus videos on Experiential Anatomy and the Theory behind the Qigong.
